Is it an IOAudio-based Kext or is it a kext for some other device? It seems
like some, but not all, families have different vtable configurations on
Intel and PPC; the ones that do (and IOAudioEngine seems to be one of them)
can't be built with 10.4.0u for PPC -- thus the technote.
