If you parse the MIDI file using the channels to track flag, then you
can individually mute each track in the musicsequence - this doesn't
change the data at all, its just a playback setting (no events from a
muted track are scheduled). There's a solo property as well that you
can use (these are properties that can be used with the MusicTrackGet/
Set Property calls
