If you build the example ima codec in the SDK is that working?

I've been looking at what's going on (I am not hitting the encoding/
decoding part , I'd just like to understand how the Set/GetProperty
works for Codec) and I don't see any major problem in my code
(probably there is one of course). Anyone have a clue of what's
most likely going on?
