I'd humbly submit to you that if you are passing all of the above properly, you wouldn't be getting -50.

By the way, SCAudio compression API's are part of QuickTime. You'll get more help with them on the quicktime-api list than on the CoreAudio list.

On some digging I found that its a paramErr but I dont really know whats causing this error. The parameters passed all seem correct.

I am taking scaudiocompress as the base example for the same, can anyone suggest why the error is occurring. _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list.
