will be enough is:
1. Rename CocoaView and CocoaViewFactory in .h/.m files
2. Rename CocoaViewFactory in the main .cpp
3. Rename CocoaView and CocoaViewFactory in the .nib

You need to rename the view class in the nib file too. Otherwise
the nib file will still be referencing the old name.
