i've been (and still am) on vacation, and won't have regular email access for another week, so i apologize for not responding on all these MTCoreAudio threads in a timely manner.


the command-line tool is just a bare executable, rather than a bundle, so doesn't have anyplace for a Frameworks folder to go. the Readme.txt file in the MTCoreAudio distribution suggests that for running TestMTCoreAudio, you set your DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH to "." temporarily.
