Its a component. So - have a look at AudioUnitHosting (/Developer/
Examples/CoreAudio) and set the defines there to show the converter
units. You'll see the time pitch show up when you launch the app. Its
found by doing a search using find component for 'aufc' 'tmpt' 'appl'
and then you open it. Step through that part of the code in the
hosting app and you should see it all showing up...
