Hi,

In my encoding application I am using SCAudioFillBuffer to encode Audio. I am facing a weird issue in one of the cases.

When my input is 48khz, lpcm and output is QDesign, 8khz, SCAudioFillBuffer throws an exception saying "Access Violation reading location ...".

If I ignore the exception it later returns error code -108 (Memory full). For all other codecs - lpcm, IMA etc at 8khz and Qdesign at any other Frequency it works just fine .

What could be going wrong here? I tried various pullPackets values from 5 to 50 but end up with the same error.

I have no idea. SCAudio's implementation is not C++, so it throws no errors. If you are seeing error throws they are most likely coming from a lower level service used by SCAudio. I'd recommend filing a bug at bugreport.apple.com. Please include sample code that we can build that easily reproduces the problem.
