serial midi driver - problem solved sort of

hi again,

so things seem to be working more or less now with the MIDIGetSerialPortOwner stuff commented out. my main problem was that I was linking against both CoreMIDIServer.framework and CoreMIDI.framework, which the CoreMIDIServices framework reference tells me I'm not supposed to do. (in my defense, the SampleUSBMIDIDriver project links against both.)

I still would like to know what it means for a MIDI driver to own a serial port and how the MIDI server decides which drivers own which ports, if anyone can explain this to me.
