Routing System Audio Through AU Lab

I am trying to route all audio generated by the computer through AU Lab and then out to a Presonus Firebox. I would like channels 1 and 3 to be left and channels 2 and 4 to be right, with channel 5 being (ideally) 1 + 2, or worst case, 1 or 2.

I can't seem to figure out how to route the system sound _into_ AU Lab. The rest seems straightforward enough.

The end goal is to have 5 discrete channels of sound going out the Firebox with the ability to add an AU to each channel.

Any help is much appreciated.
