My neighbor is a team lead at Shure (http://www.shure.com/), and they
have some software development positions available. He says:
Historically Shure has been primarily a Windows shop, but we have
recently turned the corner and are looking for experienced people
to support current and future cross platform development efforts.
The key software development position they are looking for with
someone with significant development experience is:

GUI Software Staff Engineer

We currently have an opportunity available for a Software
Development Staff Engineer to join our Product Development Division
architecting, designing, developing and testing platform
independent (Windows, OS X, Linux) GUI application software and
integrating it with wired and wireless communication protocol
stacks and real time, multitasking embedded firmware systems in
professional audio products. You will lead the development of this
software in all phases of design. You will actively collaborate
with other internal Shure organizations such as marketing to
establish use cases and requirements and software test to define
and execute test plans. You will manage the software development
work of external third-party partner vendors to ensure they meet
Shure software quality standards. This is a product development
position.
