Yes, I was wondering if it was this one (but Damien didn't say if he
was running on leopard or tiger, and this bug is leopard only)

That is odd. If you can provide more details and code in a bug
report, we can have a look at it. (http://bugreporter.apple.com)
We have ran into the same crash. It can be reproduced with Core
Audio's example from SDK (ConvertFile). A report was filed on that
(Problem Id: 5572640).
