Because AULab sees that the matrix reverb can do this processing. Have
a look at what auval says about your AU.
Also, when I select my AU from the Mono list (with a mono input) i
get the
-10868 error, even though auval says its properly configured for 1-2
and
2-2. Is it expecting me to handle 1-1?
No, not unless you publish that it can handle it.
