Offline Audio Units

Hi,

I understand the principles of Offline audio units, but can't find any way of testing them? I compiled up the example "reversing" unit which came up with the core audio SDK but it didn't appear in the list of usable AU's within AU lab. I read the three documents suggested in the Audio Units Programming Guide but came up with a blank.

Any ideas?
