Tiger & Leopard AUs

I'm developing an AU to be used by Tiger and Leopard users.  If I use Xcode 2.4.1 on Tiger 10.4.11, will it run on Leopard?  If I use Xcode 3 on Leopard, will it run on Tiger.  The former uses the "coreaudiosdk1.4.3" SDK which I installed, but AUs seem to be built in to Xcode 3 on Leopard.
