Hi Stefan,
that's strange as I had contact with one of your colleagues (Sascha
Kujawa) in the meanwhile, and he stated that this is not possible except
for the Loop Browser. And indeed it works from the Loop Browser for me,
too. However, what I want to have is DnD from the Arranger or the Audio
Bin. Is that possible?
So far I support the flavors 'TEXT', 'hfs' and 'DGBF' (Digidesign).
cheers
tim
Hi Tim,

does Logic 7/8 support drag and drop of audio files/regions from Logic
to a plug-in? And if so, how is this implemented? As far as I tested it
the usual OSX DnD mechanism doesn't work.
Logic does support that kind of drag and drop (we use it in our built-in
plug-ins as well), so can you please describe in more detail what you've
tried to do and how exactly Logic failed? Then I can try to reproduce it.
Thanks,
Stefan
