how to get the filestream and assign to audiofilestreamparsebytes?

Hi all,
 
I want to stream a mp3 file, I want to get the audio stream from a particular url [Ex ww.abc.com/audiofile.mp3] and play.
I used AudioFileStreamOpen and other CoreAudio API's, But I dont know how to assign the URL to AudioFileStreamOpen.
 
1)Whether Ihave to assign a url toNSDATA or NSSTREAM or SOCKET Stuff.
 
My Point : URL is there, MP3 files are stored, want to get the files and play?
 
Please Help.......
