MIDI Coarse and Fine Tuning (RPN) messages can be used to tranpose the
pitch of all played notes (but you don't want to tranpose MIDI Channel
10, because that would change the percussion sounds.) GM devices are not
required to support Coarse and Fine Tuning RPN, but DLS compliant devices
are, so the Apple DLS device should support this.
