Hello,

I'm making direct use of the IO Remote AudioUnit, to lower the latency of my audio application.

I need to control the output volume of this AU. I tried setting parameter kHALOutputParam_Volume which

is declared in "AudioUnit.framework/Headers/AudioUnitParameters.h". Setting the parameter fails with

error "Err_InvalidParameter" (-10878). There is no similar parameter within this include file except for

the embeded 3D Embedded Mixer, which I would like to avoid using.

Is it possible to control the volume of this specific AU ?
