RIAA decoding AudioUnit

Hi folks,

The RIAA standard EQ for vinyl came up as a topic on another mailing list, and I decided to implement the specification in an AudioUnit. The standard 2-pole 1-zero filter is there, plus an optional correction for the 50 kHz low pass cutting lathe EQ. The IEC rumble filter is not working yet, so look for that some time after this 1.0 release. As per the spec, there is unity gain at 1 kHz, with boost at lower frequencies and cut at higher frequencies. This may clip subsequent stages, so you may turn off the "Unity gain @ 1 kHz" parameter to avoid clipping.

As is usual with my AUs, this one is free to end users, but take care to note the distribution restrictions.

P.S. This should be an optimal implementation of the RIAA curve. If anyone finds any errors, please let me know.
