There aren't any known issues with scheduling or interrupt latency that I'm aware of that would cause something like what you are describing. But then again, I'm kind of hazy about what you are describing. Can you explain in more detail the problem you are seeing? For example, what application are you using? What audio hardware? What are the exact symptoms of the problem? Does it happen with all apps? Etcetera.
