<AudioToolbox/AudioFile.h> API has all of the calls you need to do this.

All of the struct's for the chunks are defined in <AudioToolbox/ CAFFile.h>

If you are missing anything please let us know as the basic infrastructure to read and write all of this data should be supported by our existing APIs
