so, we don't have any custom RPN's that I can see, but we do support
setting pitch bend range, fine and course tunings using RPNs
If the sound font or DLS bank assigns vibrato rate/depth to mod or
expression controllers, then you could use them, but we don't provide
a direct way to get to these parameters
