Yes, that definitely sounds like he is double clicking it or dropping
it on some application. Make sure he knows how to install and use AU
plug ins.
Also, make sure you compile for 32bit Universal (check the settings
both in the project and the target's build prefs! It is very important
that you set them *both* to 32bit Universal).
