Reply:Tried AU, couldn't get it to work. Turned to the HAL, and got it to work. Therefore, it mapoes more sense for me to try to get my question answered using HAL rather an AU. Any advice? --RS

In fact from your description of what you were trying to do, it sounded like you'd find pretty much everything you'd need in the DefaultOutputUnit sample code project (/Developer/Examples/CoreAudio/ SimpleSDK/DefaultOutputUnit). |
