If you don't publish the cocoa view information from your audio unit,
then the host will just display whatever generic view it uses. Look in
the Get (and GetInfo) Property calls for the Filter example and just
disable the CocoaUI one

Hi, I built an audio unit based on the demo code of Filter from Apple.
When I tested it in GarageBand, it doesn't have an option to let me
choose generic view or CocoaUI view. It just go to CocoaUI. But AULab
let you do this.
However I need to have a Generic view in Garageband and want to turn
off the CocoaUI in my code. Does anyone know how to tell the host to
choose generic view when it load the audio unit in the code?
Many Thanks.
