Go to http://developer.apple.com and log in to the Apple Developer Connection, then download the CoreAudio SDK and install it. I'm not sure what files are there before you install the CoreAudio SDK. You must install the latest SDK to get all of the files.

However, I do not have this file on my computer. I do have directory: /Developer/Examples/CoreAudio but it doesn't contain a "Documentation" subdirectory.
Can anyone tell me where I can obtain WritingCocoaAUUIs.pdf and the other described documents.
