Snow Leopard and AudioUnits?

Hi all,

I don't have my copy of 10.6 yet so I am wondering - are there any
changes to Cocoa UI AudioUnits required on 10.6? Obviously it is
recommended to ship them as 32/64bit units (what if you don't - will
this affect performance or user experience in any way?). But other
than that - are there any other things I should watch out for? Any
documentation on the 'net that describes the required changes?

Also, I was wondering what is going to happen to Carbon-based apps and
AudioUnits on 10.6 - will they still run, or has Carbon been
discontinued in 10.6?

Thank you!
