and coupled with the end of support for carbon on 64 bit platforms, is
there a suggested trick for accomplishing
OSStatus result = SetWindowActivationScope( ownedCarbonWindow,
kWindowActivationScopeNone);
and
ActivateWindow(ownedCarbonWindow, [(NSWindow *)[notification object]
isMainWindow]);
in a 64-bit build host build?
