What functions are to be used from AudioUnits in order to have audio signal, that is played in speakers? Is there any documentation on AudioUnits?

There are literally gigabytes of developer documentation installed on your computer, and Xcode has a very nice documentation browser window available from the Help menu. Did you look there?

Hint:

file:///Developer/Documentation/DocSets/com.apple.ADC_Reference_Library.CoreReference.docset/Contents/Resources/Documents/reference/MusicAudio/index.html

These are all available online at Apple's developer website, too.
