How to Auto-Start Generators in AULab

  • Subject: How to Auto-Start Generators in AULab

Hi All,

I've defined and saved a "document" in AULab that has an AUAudioFilePlayer Generator and an Output.

I'm trying to launch the AULab at the command line with my saved dopcument ("-f") and have it automatically start playing the file.

AULab comes up just fine and loads my document properly, but the generator doesn't automatically start playing - I have to hit "play" button to start the show.

I thought that checking the "autoplay" checkbox on the Generator would make this happen, but it doesn't.

How do you get the generator to auto-play (if it can be done?)

Thanks,
Bob
