I have been looking thru the documentation for dealing with audio files. In AudioFileOpen, there is field called inPermissions.
In the explanation it says: Use the permission constants in “Audio File Permission Flags”.

I'm pretty certain those are the general CarbonCore file permissions flags, which are declared in <CarbonCore/Files.h>. They're called fsRsPerm, fsWrPerm, etc.
