which particular AU are you interested in?

There's nothing 'secret' here - just hasn't been documented. You can find out the parameters yourself using the parameter info APIs (see AudioUnitProperties.h)

<AudioUnit/AudioUnitParameters.h> has some information, but its probably not complete
