I know there are other programs out there that do this but I want to
integrate this functionality directly into my application.
Where do I begin? Do I need to create an audio unit?
I'm happy to accept any advice, pointers, or sample code.
Thanks for any help you can offer.
BTW: I'm also looking for sample code or documentation on accessing
iTunes metadata, for obvious reasons. I have Apple's spec but am
having difficulty understanding it. It is a bit abstract and lacks
context. I suppose I'll have to go back and read the related ISO docs
to understand it.
