Yes.  The user that reported the bug is using OS X 10.5.6.  I'm using a similarly configured system to try to reproduce the crash as well.  I haven't been able to reproduce it yet.

Are you using Mac OS X 10.5.6?
I saw similar crashes before 10.5.6 due to Apple bugs.
