You can also run AULab as a 64bit app - we default it to 32 bit on
Leopard, but in its Info pane from the finder, there is an option you
can check to run it as a 64bit app.

I know that MotU Digital Performer 6 supports Cocoa Plug ins, as do
Sound Studio 3 (some Cocoa Plug ins don't appear to be working with
this software though), AudioHijack Pro, TwistedWave, Logic 8, AULab
2+, GarageBand 4+ and the free Prosoniq Cocoa MiniHost that comes
with
their plug ins.
Our products Wave Editor, Sample Manager, Rax, and Backline (which
includes an AU and VST management system) are Cocoa native and
utilize Cocoa views if they are available. Our apps have been tried
and tested for years as a Cocoa host - there's a 15-day free trial
for all of them.
