Two components in QuickTime: LiveType.component and DivX
Decoder.component.
How strange -- any way to prevent this from happening (and in the
future)? Do I need to keep shuffling them in and out of /Library/
QuickTime?

Check our console log to see if you are getting a Quicktime
component loading error. If you are, remove that component and try
