Sure it's after and not during? Look closer at your stack.

But either way, if you dispose of a queue, you should expect it to cleanly invoke the documented finishing behaviour on all the buffers it currently owns, should you not? I would find it rather more disconcerting if it *didn't* act that way, actually.
