"Old"-style (carbon?) blue generic view shows up under Logic

My Audio Unit shows up with the old blue* (carbon?) generic view in Logic 7.2.3. The logarithmic flag is ignored and factory presets dont work under this view with my audio unit.

Under garage band the new grey (cocoa?) view shows up and everything works fine.

How can I force Logic to use the new (cocoa?) generic view instead of the old blue (carbon?) ? All Apple PlugIns use the "new" grey generic view under 7.2.3

Thanks

Basti
