Looking for iphone developer to solve LTC signal processing problem

Hi,

I recently commissioned the development of a small C library to decode an LTC SMTPE audio stream.

The code works perfectly when fed with WAV files using the libraries own WAV import functions.

The problem is that it does not work with captured audio using the iPhone Audio Services API in a real-time environment - ie. capture the audio then feed the pointer to the library.

But it does work if I capture the audio signal using the API, save it as a WAV file and then import using the commissioned C Library WAV import function.

There must be a difference in the way the data is stored in memory but cannot work out what....

I know that my C library requires floats (which is not supported by the iPhone AS API) so there is a really clunky by of code to convert the samples, but apart from that I'm stuck...

To be honest though, this project is completlely out of the scope of my knowledge and I really need an expert to fix my problem...

I am only a small single developer but some funds could be found if you are willing to undertake the task.

All I'm looking for is a solution.... nothing more.....

Thanks in advance

Chris
