Possible to queue up regions while regions already playing?

I'm playing with some code based on the PlayFile example code. I'd like to be able to schedule arbitrary regions of a file for playback while there are already regions playing. When I try to schedule a 2nd region while a first is playing, the second region starts playing immediately (the first stops playing) and then I can't get anything to play again until I restart the graph.
Before I dig in too much further, I'd just like to confirm that what I want to do is possible.
