Apologies that this isn't directly programming related.
Since updating my mid-2008 8 core Mac Pro to OS X 10.6, the Sound Preferences are not sticky between boots.
On every system startup, the Sound Output and Input (as shown in the Sound Preferences panel) default back to "Internal Speakers" and "Line Input".
Previously on OS X 10.5, if I had the Output set to "Line Output" or whatever, it would remember this setting between boots.
Is this a 10.6 bug or feature? Does it affect anyone else, or am I the Lone Ranger?
