no, it doesn't
the only analog input is through the headset jack, but there is no line-in on the ipad
class-compliant USB Audio devices are supported (though a powered hub will be needed in some cases)

So you mean the iPad works as a host for standard Class 1 Audio? Or do
you mean as it is presently setup for iPhone/iTouch were the Hardware
Adapter becomes the host and does standard Digital Audio Accessory Lingo
0x0A (or is there a new Lingo #?).
Others... yes on the Dock Connector the iPhone/iTouch has stereo analog
line inputs.
