MPMusicPlayerController volume question

Hi,

Should [MPMusicPlayerController applicationMusicPlayer] setVolume
affect the global headphone volume setting?  And, if so, is there any
way to adjust the volume of applicationMusicPlayer without affecting
the global volume?
