How to implement cocoa UI?

Hi, I just have a question.

I posted before about how Logic 9.1.3's preset operation causes GUI objects to leak.
My GUI references AU-Parameter for drawing GUI. So, My plugin doesn't work fine when AU is deleted before GUI.
But on other plugins it works fine still.

So I want to ask how they did that?
