Hi,
It seems PlaySoftMIDI is the code that shows me what to do. It can be
found here:
https://developer.apple.com/mac/library/samplecode/PlaySoftMIDI/index.html
The Description here says "...to play back a specified MIDI file" which is
not what it does, fortunately. ;-)
PlaySoftMIDI is also part of the SimpleSDK, it seems.
