[iPhone 3.1] error -66671?

Hello, all ...

I occasionally see this error when trying to enqueue an AudioBufferRef. The docs just say that the audio server exited. Sure enough, when I see this error, I also see this message a bit earlier in the console window:

AudioQueueEnqueueBufferWithParameters posting message to kill mediaserverd

The data I send to the audio queue is sourced from a network stream, which doesn't change. When I see this error, restarting my app fixes it, but it's disconcerting. Any hints about what I could be doing wrong that could cause this would be appreciated :-)

Regards,

John, who hopes all are well
