I haven't been able to find some of the sample code. e.g. the source
to the utilities afconvert, afplay, auprocess etc. that used to be in
/Developer/Examples/CoreAudio/Services/AudioFileTools or samples like
/Developer/CoreAudio/Services/AUMixer3DTest

Anyone know where these are now? I installed XCode 3.1.3 under Leopard
to get access to them.

Also I find it inconvenient that I can no longer search the XCode
Developer Documentation app for the contents of samples that have been
moved to the website. It would be useful if at least the APIs used in
these samples were added to the documentation index along with a link
to the sample on the website.
