There is no "SystemOutputAU" explicitly present - ardour doesn't use
AUGraph or any of the coreaudio infrastructure like that (because we
need out own cross-platform equivalent of that functionality). The
SystemOutputAUEntry appears to be called *within* the AUGraphicEQEntry
function ....
