I am playing around with a RemoteIO play-through application on an iPhone 3gs. I had some unexpected behaviour when the headset was plugged in (at launch and during the run) the input continued to come from the internal mic.

So i reverted to aurioTouch to test (http://developer.apple.com/iphone/library/samplecode/aurioTouch/Introduction/Intro.html) regardless of if a headset is plugged in the input comes from the internal mic. I would have thought that when a headset was in that would take over as the input. I am building against OS 3.0 - OS 3.1.2

Is there something fundamental i am missing? Or do i have to specify that i want only the input from the attached headset mic? (and how would i do this)

thanks

aran

Just wondering if this got lost in the weekend inbox, anyone else had these issues?

Thanks

Aran
